Indiscreet Disposal

Periods are still so taboo. We’re taught from a young age to conceal when we have our period, hide our sanitary products and sneak around.

It’s so internalised that even pad/tampon packaging has instructions on how to dispose of it “discreetly”. 

​

But why should we have to be discreet?

Periods are normal, we should be able to be open about them.

​

As a stunt/activation, let’s create sanitary bins for ‘indiscreet disposal’ - large, clear bins in public areas for the world to see, use, discuss, and come to terms with.
